Sysop's Cypher
Sysop's Cypher is a daily decode game built for EchoBBS. Crack the sysop's passphrase before the carrier drops. There are four difficulty modes and one scored run per mode each day, with scores posted to the global leaderboard below.
How it works
- Pick a difficulty: Novice, Standard, Expert, or Elite. It locks after your first valid guess.
- Each guess returns a signal trace in plain terminal characters: @ locked, ~ signal, . static, - echo.
- Solve it to earn Echo Credits, up to 100 a day. Faster solves and fewer guesses score higher.
- After your scored run you can replay in Practice Mode.
Scoring: Scores reward speed, fewer guesses, and harder modes.
